How to bleed Shimano disc brakes
What a difference disc brakes have made to off road cycling. Strong consistent braking, less heat fade, and on the whole very little serving is required.
While it seems difficult bleeding disc brakes is not hard. Really nothing much new is needed that you wouldn't already have in your tool box.
Servicing and adjusting canterlever brakes was probably the most frustraing job I've ever had to do. Disc brakes while it can be a bit messy is very straight forward.
All bike disc brakes are pretty similar, and thankfully all Shimano discs brakes are pretty similar.
